I rang Aplan and spoke with Louise at the Shirley branch, she made the whole process seem easy, Louise had to check with her manager over the extent of the modifications and rang back within ten minutes with a price that was half that of other companies, so I took up the offer.

I now have my car insurance with A-Plan. They are the cheapest this year which is great. I spotted something in my proposal and I had clarification and reassurance right away. The service from Emma and James was great as always. The Northwich branch are always friendly, happy to help and can never do enough for clients. I will be recommending to friends and family.

I had to renew my son's van insurance and as he had another conviction on his licence since last year I was fearing a very large increase. I got through to the Tooting office and a very helpful lady by the name of Taylor said that she was sure she could get a good quote and she would call me back. true to her word she called back within the hour and the quote was just ÂŁ120.00 more than last year so I was really pleased. Thank you Taylor.

The teams at A-Plan (I have used both the St Albans & the Bath branches) seem to be consistently first class in terms of their knowledge & customer service attitude - they really give you the feeling that you are being looked after & would be helped if you had an insurance claim situation - very reassuring. Plus of course, prices! The prices for insurance are great and you feel like they guide you through the process really easily which give you the confidence that you have not missed anything that the insurer needs to know (which is not the case if you do an online form). That's reassuring. They also make it really easy to try out different scenarios, eg, changing excesses, or other factors - they know more about how the product works than an online robot knows. Really great to have A-Plan by my side. Definitely recommend them
