What can I say? They've been amazing! Normally in the past I've hated calling insurance companies but Aplan is a breath of fresh air. I spoke to Abida who answered all questions and even put my mind at rest with my van set up. Abida deserves a bonus A* I will be with them for the long run 👍

The service is always friendly and efficient. The only downside on this occasion was that the renewal notification letter has not been received so I had to rapidly deal with the insurance renewal however I was happy with their service & the final outcome.
