Contacted Howden Insurance (Harrogate Office) spoke to Tara who I found very helpful and friendly. Tara dealt with an amendment to my current car insurance - She dealt with my request very promptly and efficiently and was very professional in manner.

I was very pleased with the assistance I received from staff at Howden. I established from them at an early stage that I had cover for my damaged iPad and with their help completed the claims process over the phone with a straightforward upload of pictures of the damage. Howden were in contact with the insurance company on my behalf and within a week I received confirmation of settlement. Can’t really ask for more! Thank you Howden!

In late August, we were purchasing a new build property. There were some issues surrounding the house which resulted in a number of insurers refusing to underwrite it. We were put in touch with Howdens who quickly and efficiently understood the problems. They searched out the right information and accurately presented it to their nominated insurers. Our house was then quickly insured. The team was very efficient and a pleasure to deal with.

We had a renewal letter from our current home insurance company and it was very expensive. In the same post there was a flyer from Howden so I gave them a call. A very helpful lady went through everything and sa very competitive quote was found. Their office was local to us so we called in to complete the process so I’m happy for the next year and if any problems they’re very near!
