Everything is fully explained and you are always asked if your a happy with the plan, before they proceed. Once I made contact really quick reply and were able to price match. Unfortunately the team only tried my landline and when they didn’t reach me did not think to try my mobile or email. Luckily I like to use APlan and contacted them.

Whilst it may be (slightly) cheaper to trawl the various insurance websites and get yourself a policy BUT the help and advice you receive from A Plan second to none and they will ensure you have all the facts before paying. They also processed a claim with the insurer on my behalf and resolved the claim within 24 hours...
