Most important of all was that my search for buildings insurance cover was complicated so it was only possible to deal with it by speaking to someone by phone.
Secondly the gentleman who dealt with this request was so very helpful and I felt he had gone that extra mile to find a most suitable insurance cover package. He certainly worked hard at researching it all to make sure I was covered for all the important points. At all times he gave me the feeling that he cared enough to understand the problems and was at all times efficient and friend which is so reassuring in today’s world. Should I encounter any problems I know that I can go back to seek help from this office. That is very important. He could not have done better in my opinion.

Staff are always helpful - I was served by Martin in June and he was great. The only item I did not renew was the Legal option. I had a land boundary issue with the Council some months back and the legal company just informed me that "it was not something they dealt with"!! I was under the impression that Legal meant any legal matter but apparently not. They were no help whatsoever and did not even have the courtesy to answer my e-mail concerning this issue.
