Scott at A-Plan in Yeovil is a winner! we couldn’t be happier with the service we received! Not only did Scott make it super easy, he found the best deal for our new home insurance (cheapest and best cover) he also reminded us that we’d need to change our car insurance details to the new address, which he did there and then. What a fantastic experience with A- plan insurance. The best part was being able to talk to somebody across the phone and being able to ask questions and get the correct information and answers to all my queries. The agent was so helpful and the whole process was simplified by being able to speak one on one, unlike one call insurance where you are unable to speak to anyone over the phone now😕. So big congratulations to A-plan insurance, will be continuing my business next year if its as good as now. Fantastic service at good value for all my needs.
