Renewing my car insurance is never stressful as I've been with Cheltenham A- plan for many years. If i have issue I can pop into the branch and speak to them face to face. It's that human touch which I like. I've dealt with Simon and i think a Stephen in previous years and found them to be very polite and helpful. This year I dealt with Billy. I found he also was very polite , helpful and also friendly as he found a price of where I was happy to renew my insurance for my 20+ yr car. I still feel valued as a customer at Cheltenham APlan even with a old Micra car. Very good service received so deserved positive feedback Thank you.
