I had the pleasure of deaing with Marie at the High Wycombe office. Thorough and detailed attention was paid to my needs and complex queries handled by her and also passed to the Claims Manager for the more technical perpectives. This ensured that the correct product was recommended to me. Remember people, with insurance it isnt always about getting the cheapest cover it is about getting the correct cover. I know from experience that when you need to claim you will regret not having been thorough. Buy the correct insurance and use Marie to help you find it.

We all Know what we think about insurance Companies, but finding the right agent to scope through all the possibilities can make life so much easier and the experience so worth while. Well I have been with A Plan in Eastligh for around 20 years and have all my insurance go through them. Once you find the right guys there really is no turning back. Just had a nightmare with a recent insuance deal, so to speak and if it wasn't for Paul at A plan I think I'd be hanging by the rafters by now. Joking aside. This Company is a definite yes from me. Fully recommend.

Been with A-Plan Ruislip on & off for 30+ years and no complaint, however on this occasion I was asked for proof of NCD some weeks after Insurance started so emailed it in by reply and soon after I receive an email stating my policy had been cancelled and money refunded leaving me uninsured.
Apparently the lady that emailed me hadn't checked her inbox or she would have seen my NCD proof. In short, renewal ended up costing me more money thus leaving me out of pocket through no fault of my own.
TIP: Make sure to chase up sent mails!
