Ben at A Plan (Swindon) is a star! I wanted to move away from sourcing online car insurance quotes having received poor service from one. I thought using an insurance brokers would be much more expensive due to the increased support you receive compared to doing it yourself, but how wrong I was; Ben more or less matched the price of my renewal quote and what’s more, added additional items. I couldn’t be more delighted with the service and product I’ve received. I will definitely be using A Plan again and can’t recommend them enough. Thank you Ben!

Ive used A Plan now for the past 4 years. I speak to the team when car insurance renewal is close and they ask me if ive had any quotes and how much. They go out of their way to try to beat that quote and if they cant they usually through in legal or a courtesy car in for same price whereas the cheaper quote didnt include legal. Saves messing about i just stay with A Plan as my broker. I pay 240 for fully comprehensive cover and i drive a 2.0 litre turbo 220bhp and so i think thats cheap.

I am very happy the way APlan Insurance contact me well in advance of my insurance renewal date but find very annoying that they, like most renewal Companies say you are a loyal customer etc etc and they want keep your business and say the quote is the cheapest they can find with the same level of cover etc etc but when you say it is too expensive
they match the alternative you have found or find something to match it. Could they not try a litlle harder before they contact you, to find the cheapest quote
and save you having to do it.
