A plan and me go back a long time. I have never needed to make a claim. However a friend of mine went with Aplan and needed to make a claim and she told me she was so happy to have changed to Aplan as they immed provided her with a replacement vehicle while the claim was being settled, and Aplan did all the work in the background and they were able to win the claim against the other driver. She thanked me for referring her to APlan and I believe she has stayed with them since. Five star company for customer service and customer care.

I was tryng to renew my vehicle insurance after Zurich suddenly decided to discontinue motor insurance for everyone ...) and I was looked after by Maria from the Welwyn Branch.
She could not have been more helpful or organised; I was overseas so this was made more difficult but she was thoroughly professional throughout . She deserves 6 stars out of 5. Excellent
