Thank you A-Plan and particularly Gavin. House insurance with existing provider up significantly on last year's premiums, so A-Plan made an initial call rather than receive the renewal number in the post. They helped me work through what to think about in assessing rebuild and content costs. It was good to hear the different options Gavin considered for us and we ended with separate buildings and contents insurance which is still less than the other quotes given. Gavin explained the options working with me and in my timescales but keeping us on track to get organised before our renewal date. Many thanks! As usual they took the leg work out of searching for home insurance. At first I was a bit reluctant to go with the insurance company suggested, but on speaking to the broker I was able to negotiate the price and have the added reassurance that should I need to make a claim, A Plan will deal with it for me.

I have been a customer of A-plan insurance for some years now dealing with all my insurance needs car,home, motorhome and have full confidence in their service and pricing, my main contact PIETER BOLTON is a credit to the company,always helpful and "on the ball" so to speak. full marks and recommend anyone to use them as a broker, dont bother with buying online, great until you have a problem/claim then you will regret it, always use a broker and A-plan are ther best.

A Plan is the perfect insurance company for people with Vans and especially modified vans which is very common in the VW transporter world. Unlike other insurance companies that are very difficult to deal with as soon as you mention alterations to you vehicle A Plan took all of my modifications on and were able to offer me a cost saving over everyone else I had tried.

Have been using A-Plan for a number of years and have always been pleased with their service. Staff have always been friendly and willing to go through various options to see what suits the customer best. They do also find good prices. On this occasion, Adam had to try different options to see what would work best for me but I was never made to feel rushed and was happy he managed to sort things out. Thankfully, I have never needed to call them ‘in an emergency’ but knowing they would be there to sort things is peace of mind.

I was treated very courteously by Laura in the first instance and then by Nicole,who talked me through my new car insurance policy.She was very professional and put me at my ease,explaining all aspects of the policy.Car insurance is a very expensve business,but Nicola did not resort to the "hard sell",which I greatly appreciated.If the policy is as good as she was,which I assume it will be,I shall be doing repeat business.She also managed to save me £84 on my policy.

Recently I had to renew my Home and Contents Insurance and I considered that the increases in my renewal quote from my previous broker was too high and they were unable to bring it any lower. It had increased by about £100. I contacted A-Plan and I explained the situation, basically there was a nearby brook which overflowed many years ago I was being penalised even though our home was unaffected. A-Plan Gloucester passed my case to Jack Flemons a specialist broker at the Cheltenham branch, and he was brilliant! He reached out to Insurance Underwriters and put my case to them and the end result was a much much lower premium. A-Plan, and Jack in particular, went what I regard as the extra mile. I normally deal with the Gloucester branch since my cars are also insured through them. In truth I do shop around to ensure I’m getting the best deals, and more often than not, A-Plan manage to get me the best deals.

This is the second year with A Plan, I found them to be extremely helpful. They are very professional. I felt all my requirements on my insurance were explained and therefore understood. Sometimes it can be a minefield of info.
