However, forgot to send by post hard copies of two separate policies for Building & Contents Insurance.
After 2 weeks phoned to request again.
Received post 2 days later but initially alarmed as we'd only been sent Contents Insurance documents which state that Building 'Not Covered'. This alarmed us until I logged into our A-Plan Account and found the Building Insurance documents as well as the Contents Insurance documents.
A-Plan staff should have seen two policies involved and send both hard copies through.

A Plan have been nothing but fantastic for me, Originally went to them for my truck insurance, decided to do my home insurance through them as well. Now have both the truck and both homes insured with them and have dealt with the same person each time. Emma Stanton has been nothing but a pleasure to talk to, very informative and has helped with everything and keep sin contact via both phone and email to keep you up to date and if I needed to make any changes.
