As ever an excellent service provided by A-Plan, the team as ever extremely pleasant and helpful in ensuring we receive the right and a comprehensive cover at a competitive price, some times what they have to offer is just a little bit more from a cost point of view when compared to other insurers, that said you get what you pay for and if our cost overall is just a slight bit more expensive we will stay with A-Plan, why you might ask? Well, we have used A-Plan for over a decade now, every person we ever deal with in the A-Plan team have a brilliant attitude towards their customers and their customer's needs, nothing is ever too much trouble and they all will go to ends of the earth to attain your needs! That is why their service is the absolute best there is and is why if needs be we will pay a little more (just a little more), for that service because we feel sure that if we require their support in relation to our vehicle and home insurance they will be there to support and assist us!

The assistant at A Plan was so helpful and the whole process, although quite lengthy, saved me a lot of time on calls to get quotes for house insurance. I was able to ask questions of things I didn’t understand fully and also able to check everything in my own time later.
I even got a call back from another assistant to explain a query I had once the policy documents had been sent to me.
All in all a pleasurable experience getting insurance compared with online quotes and waiting on the phone.
