Renewing a car experience can never be regarded as a nice experience.However, when ever I have spoken with Howden's staff, they have always been pleasant, they have listened to questions carefully and responded accordingly.
Foe me personally, Howdens have always been competative and this surely is the "icing on the cake".

My experience obtaining insurance policy cover was excellent from start to finish, company procedures and policies were explained and straightforward to understand.

Have been a client of A plan for many years and renewal insurance quote was too high. Asked if that was the best offer and assured it was.
Insured on line with Direct Line but when you asked what I was doing re car insurance and told you I had gone else where you miraculously found you could get a reduced insurance rate below Direct Line. Would have saved a lot of time if you had given best offer straight away
