Bearing in mind that we have more than one policy with you and although you are not the cheapest,what really grates is the service charge every time, we have been with you since the 1980s! Ok, maybe it’s our fault for shopping around but that is what we pay you to do!

Whenever I have needed help all the staff have been both polite ,caring and knew their job.Last year whilst away we needed a new windscreen and they did all they could to help us get it replaced.When I rang to say the windscreen would be sorted the next day the person I spoke to said immediately Greg will be pleased he was worried about you.Greg was helping someone on another line but must have let his colleagues know what was happening.Great service.

i was told when i took out the policy that when my retention certificate came through for my private number plate ,that it wouldnt cost to change registration number but when i rang up the lady said i had to pay £15 if i wanted to change registration.
