Plenty of advance warning of renewal date, and looked for ways of reducing the dramatically-increased premium, but with only token reduction. Quite good communication and pleasant phone manner from various staff members.

A plan are always polite, professional and efficient and are always looking for the best deal for you. They are very knowledgeable with all areas of insurance whether it be car insurance, building and content insurance or holiday insurance. In this instance I received excellent advice with regards selecting suitable insurance for my car, which made me feel reassured and confident that A plan always work hard to provide me with the best deal.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Rachael & Oliwer. They were both very professional, pleasant and provided exceptional customer service. It is a shame other insurance companies do not employ staff like these two.
They arranged insurance for our two vehicles, obtained great quotes for us and talked us through what we were buying and made everything very transparent.
I would definitely recommend APlan, you get to speak to and work with an individual who actually wants to provide excellent service. To add to that you can actually phone & ask to speak to the individual that you have been working with if you have any questions on your policy. Unlike other insurance company where you never get the same person.

Premiums are now becoming unafordable to pay in one hit. However, the company is willing to listen and do the best they can for you. But if price rises continue, I for one will be looking for cheaper cover no matter what the consequences, especially for motor insurance. I believe it is expensive because it is a legal requirement. For instance I have not had a claim for years, so I consider myself a low risk and in future will pay accordingly

I did not have to do anything, I was notified that my car insurance was due with the updated cost, I contacted the Newport office an agreed to go ahead for another year. I received my new documents when the old ones expired, I happy for another year.

I think it would have been better if the company had reviewed all possible options to reduce my premium before the date that I had to renew my insurance and then when I phoned I could have been presented with the best option.
