Very efficient and achieved for me a very modest increase in the premium, significantly less than I would have paid if I stayed with the insurer of last year. Had a minor accident last year, where I admitted being at fault. Only not the full stars because they simply did what brokers are supposed to do in typical circumstances

Everything was explained by Mr Charlie Hardy, who was very patient, I have hearing difficulties and he had to repeat several things to me. All aspects of my insurance were gone through in detail. I am pleased with the whole experience.

A-Plan were quick to respond and Tania Ngiro was extremely helpful and professional, taking note of all our requirements and spotting an error in the NCD calculation quotation from the underwriter, which she followed up and which further reduced the price of the insurance. The quote provided was the most competitive by a long way. There was no sales talk. Additional options were explained with no pressure to purchase, and instructions were responded to promptly. An all round good experience.
