Louise Fisher took ownership of some documentation cockups by others and within 30mins had a) sorted all my policies to the correct names and b) found a different policy saving me £150 c) fronted up the previous service by another branch had fallen short.

In fact their quote was 40% cheaper than my previous broker of 7 years (with the same provisions and T&C's). I was also happy with the extra they knocked off as a discount upon my request.

Didn't have to wait too long in a queue hanging on the phone and then I was put through to my local branch for a quote. Polly at Bristol dealt with my inquiry efficiently, explaining everything clearly and offering appropriate advice where necessary with no hard sell. I came away with good quality home insurance cover, perfect for my needs and at what I felt was a highly competitive price. By speaking to a real person I felt reassured that I had the right cover for a non-standard situation, being that needed to insure my deceased parents house while under probate.
