Phoned up to get temporary insurance offered by the seller of my new van.
George Kuyuate-Brown from the tooting branch handled my insurance in a very professional manner.
This call was around 4.30 in the afternoon and was after 5 by the time all details were entered and put in place. The phone line cut out and when i tried to ring back the phone line said the offices were now closed. Assumed i wouldn't get a phone call back until the following day but to my surprise George rang me back at 5.15 (after it was all in place) to confirm everything was set up and ready to go for the following Monday.
Big thank you to George for this as I'm sure some people would have just gone home at 5 and left it for me to ring back the following day.

Andy Read from the Taunton Branch was very helpful and answered the phone on the many queries I had to phone him about. Also his colleagues helped me too. I would recommend A-Plan Insurance as they do everything for you such as sorting the direct debit out on your insurance, organising the insurer, etc, etc. Yes a very good job all round.

After trying to find my own multi van insurance through comparison sites I gave up as it was a non standard policy and through recommendation tried A-plan. Ashley Riley in the Bury St Edmunds was incredibly helpful, managing to find a suitable insurance.

Notify me in advance when policy due to renew and they look to get me the best deal. I have all my insurances with them as they have an OFFICE in the main street of Exeter which is great if you want to speak to someone and NOT be waiting on the line for ages.
