Hi I’ve just renewed my household insurance (again) via APlan in Worthing. Very impressed with the service I received from Charmaine. Even as I was on the point of agreeing a new quote she found me a cheaper alternative and did not balk at running all the paperwork again on a HOT HOT HOT Friday afternoon! Great service. Just what we need with crazy, escalating insurance costs!

I have been with A-Plan for a few years now, mainly because the staff are very helpful and I know I can go and see them in person if I need to. Their quote was in line with others I had received and I was reassured that it included everything I need. I spoke to Steve from the Cheltenham office, who was extremely helpful and very friendly and he answered all the questions I had. Process was quick and easy and I didn’t feel pressured in any way. Highly recommend.

It’s difficult to emphasise how wonderful a person/company can be unless you has been in a similar situation. My vehicle was stolen and I envisaged a difficult resolution process, how wrong I was. This is my 2nd year with A-plan insurance. I find most of their employees I had dealt with are very professional. Due to my bank app error, a duplicate payment was paid to A-plan insurance. The next morning, their commercial manager Mark from Solihull branch called and informed me about the payment. After the call I become very anxious, I called A-plan back, the lady who I spoke to was very sympathetic, she said Mark would contact me to advise when the money could be returned. Later the afternoon, Mark returned a call and said the money should arrive to my account within 24 hours. I am so pleased with their professionalism and caring for their customers. They deserve a 5 stars.

I have used APlan for a number of my policies. When an alternative insurer increased a premium by 30% AND reduced cover l was not amused.
I asked Hassan at their Maidenhead branch what he could do. Within 24 hours he delivered a policy better suited to my needs. A little more expensive than my previous cover, but l will always pay for excellent personal service. Well done Hassan and APlan.
