A Plan have been brilliant. I've never had to claim but they always contact you well in advance of your renewal and nothing seems to be too much trouble.
I spoke to Reece from the Aylesbury office today to renew my horsebox cover. he was so pleasant, upbeat and so very helpful. the process was quick and easy and didn't take an age to go through.

We have been with A-plan insurance for many years for our fleet insurance and they have been a pleasure to deal with. Their expert knowledge in gathering information for quotation purposes is top notch. We recently did our business insurance through them for the first time and the average person doesn't know all the terminologies to all the questions asked by the insurer, but they will explain it clearly with examples.

We have been dealing with A- Plan for 11 years. Each year time is spent with a consultant checking our needs and most importantly making sure facts are noted on our file. EG close to water. Up to now i have spoken with Adam who i met on a promotional stand at a VW event and he was very polite and explained th details of my cover very well. As for making a claim or renewal i cannot comment as it is a new insurance with your company.
