Very polite and helpful.Was efficient and mean't that I didn't have to do all the hard work tracking down a suitable insurance myself.Insurance documents were sent through within 10 minutes and was also sent through a paper copy.
Although other types of insurances(home insurance ect) were brought to my attention, it was not a hard sell.
The only slight critisism was that some of the legal information was presented very quickly, but I obviously have the info online and on paper if I wanted to read at my leisure.

I was promised a phone call to say my insurance was approved by the manager who was currently in a meeting. Still waiting for that call but later got an email saying welcome to Howdens insurance, so assumed it had been approved.

Dissapointed that my car insurance had doubled from last year, but told everyone's had gone up 30% well mine has gone up more than that !!!! But on saying that I have been with your company for years, and have always been treated well, and you did try to get me as good a deal as possible, and allow me to pay it over two months, which obviously helps when you are on a fixed pension

All was OK except repeated attempts to provide an electronic signature failed as the reference number provided was not acceptable. So I had to arrange a paper authorisation for the direct debit.

I was sent to Howdens from go. Compare. The staff were very helpful and explained everything really well. They made sure that I got the cover I wanted and the whole thing was done in a very quickly. All the paperwork was sent to me with in a week. It was all very easy.
