They tailor made the car insurance package to suit my requirements. Others just offer a one size fits all approach to insurance but if you require specific cover then these are the people to come to.

Huge Price increases on previous year with no previous claims or any claims in 27 years of driving is ridiculous. Very disappointed they’ve jumped on the bandwagon of ripping off Brits. Certainly be looking around on renewal.

Emma’s professional and personal skills were incredible and supporting me to find a policy that suits my needs. Despite I had not claimed on my end and my properties for a significant amount of years. Previous insurance premium add increased however, and my phone me one that was slightly cheaper, which was good for a pensioner.

However the company that handled my last claim were bad at communicating, three separate times I called them for some clarification on matters, three times they promised to call me back. I am still waiting !!
