Tried to contact office with regards to a motorcycle insurance quote twice ,no answer.

A Plan to Howdens. Increased telephone wait times, increased premiums, more prescribed dialogues delivered too quickly makes me question the wisdom of having moved all of my insurances to A Plan, some years ago. My latest renewal has had to be elsewhere as the quoted Howden premium was SO expensive.I am not looking forward to the renewals of remaining policies, having had several years of receiving A Plan quotes that prove to be most competitive, meriting acceptance.
When actual renewal of the daily driver was necessary,
Howdens ABC quote was £180 more than ABC's parent company LV and more than double last year's premium. Recent News broadcasts suggested premium increases of 36% could be expected. Over 100% was too rich for me.

Been with them and their predecessor A-plan since August 1984. There’s a reason for that, and it isn’t sentiment. They have always done well for me and got me the best value insurance they can.

I request a new search for my renewal without having to visit the nearby location,
At the time if renewal.
The staff have already organised a new quotation ready for my visit,
I confirm the nessessary information and its processed,
In all it's easy, hassle free, with informative capable staff all without the need for telephone conversations with people without faces.
