Once again excellent service from A-Plan. My latest renewals were well thought through and competitive with good explanations of the pros and cons of alternative polices. I have just transferred my motorcycle insurance to them and although slightly more expensive than my previous insurer, the terms and conditions offered better suited my requirements. I now have 3 cars and 1 bike insured through them (plus house insurance). I've been using the specialist team at Thatcham for a very long time and can highly recommend them.

Aplan and especially Karl is amazing. Always my first’ go to ‘ for insurance. I have never met him but now ask for him as he always comes up with a great deal and is so personable. We usually have a laugh about something. Nothing is too much trouble and this comes in very useful if I need things explaining in detail. He is always there when I need him. No call centre waiting and I have total confidence in his knowledge and his ability to do his best for me. Furthermore he seems to have been there forever!

After purchasing a Campervan I was recommended to try A Plan Insurance. I spoke with Stuart at the Thatcham branch who was aware of the company I had purchased the vehicle from and the modifications made to it. Stuart was extremely helpful in explaining various insurance options and worked with me to get the options I needed at a fair price. The whole process was carried out during a phone call with Stuart making it much easier to ask questions and get clarification on issues. I am more than happy with the product I was sold and will have no hesitation using A Plan for further insurance needs. Would thoroughly recommend.

I had never used an insurance broker before, but approached A Plan insurance with fairly complicated home insurance circumstances. Jon in the St Albans office assisted and provided excellent service - always quick to respond to emails and calls and really knew his stuff. Trusted that he was trying to find me the best deal and really understood my circumstances. Overall very impressed with A Plan and would definitely use them again!
