We use Howdens for both car and household insurance. We used them as A Plan for many years. They are consistently good. Everything is dealt with promptly and without fuss. I had already spent half a day looking online at comparing car insurance quotes. By this time I was stressed out and getting nowhere fast. I phoned Howdens on recommendation from a colleague and thank goodness I did. I spoke to an individual rather than having to cope looking online which in my view is a minefield. Operative was fantastic, helpful, friendly and was able to answer all my questions without prevarication. No pushy selling. Got me a great deal and I made some savings as I bought Home Insurance as well as Car Insurance. Would highly recommend Howden.

Made a call to get a quote and after long conversation there were no pressure to buy there and then. I asked how long the quote lasted for and due to unforeseen circumstances couldn’t buy product until almost the quote had run out but very simple and very helpful when I called back with a few changes to purchase product.
