I was contacted by the Banbury office in good time to confirm that I wanted to renew my policy with A-Plan and to discuss any changes. Kirk quickly confirmed the best deal so renewal was completed in the space of one phone call and policy documents were emailed within an hour.

It took too long to sort plus we never spoke to the same person twice! In all my dealings with Simon Brown over many years, l only ever spoke to Adam Waldron or Simon Brown, plus l am still waiting for verification of my last query/amendment.
