The service great advice excellent knowledgeable friendly staff…. Only let down the COST of insurance. £371 2022 this year £549 and that’s with no claims over the past year in fact 15 years NCB and I had to pay £178 more for the same cover. It was very very close I almost left making a decision to look elsewhere was very hard in fact I did look and the savings were marginal and you held on to my business for a 3rd year.

This year's House Insurance policy renewal with our existing insurers saw the premium more than double! After having a bad experience wit another insurance company. I knew it was important to talk to someone direct and not just a bot on a computer screen. I visited the local A-Plan branch in Malvern, and I have found they were brilliant to chat too. I spoke to their advisor Nick Armstrong, and he was so helpful and able to sort out the all details and talk to insurance companies direct. This made the whole process so much easier for me after a difficult situation with another company. I would highly recommend them, to anyone who needs independent advice. Thank You so much.

I received excellent service from A-Plan Insurance. I was able to purchase a car insurance policy immediately at a very fair price. Good service when i visited the shop. I do get fraustrated that i was sent a quote, i then went on to a comparison site and got a quote a lot cheaper. When i visited the shop they were able to get very near the cheaper quote. I still want to deal face to face if i have a query so agreed to new quote. Just wish i had been sent this 2st time.
