I have had a very difficult time concerning accidents in my car last year. Your staff have been extremely kind when I was quite distraught at times. They reassured me when I felt desperate. The service has been excellent even though the Insurance Company has been so slow to sort things out.

Did their own research and got back to me. Not quite price matched but near as damn it.
I have been with same broker for quite a few years , but my only draw back is ‘why the yearly battle for a good quote’. It seems a popular way to do business .

Had my T5.1 Camper for 3yrs.. been insured with Aplan specialist vehicles Thatcham from day one.
I found Aplan very good.. a gauranteed value on the camper and my insurance renewal cost didnt change.. until this year when Howden took over.
Dont get me wrong.. it didnt go up massively.. about £40.. But to me its the principle.. I have 10+yrs no claims.. a clean driving license and live in a good postcode.
Myself and other customers like me shouldnt incure increases.. it should at least stay the same or even reduce.. I understand repair costs have gone up.. well increase the cost of the policies for people having accidents and costing you money.. not customers like me..
And even more ridiculously why give new customer discounts? rather than look after the good customers you already have.
Anyway.. the policy is good.. still got the gauranteed value etc... it just narks me that I.. and customers like me are getting financially penalised for other peoples mistakes... either load their policies.. or get rid of them altogether so as good drivers policies stay reasonable.
