I was looking to renew my home insurance and was quite worried about the cost. Catherine Smith at the Tooting branch was very helpful in reassuring me that she would try to find me a reasonable deal. She did exactly that. She explained all the necessary details to me. I was very grateful for help. I have used A Plan, now Howden for many years. I always recommend them to family and friends.

I have used Howden's for some time now as I prefer to deal with a local agent rather than spend copious amounts of time on line. This experience involved a renewal for home insurance and in the main the contact and subsequent process was good. The only slight comment is that I have yet to receive an amended schedule but overall my experience has been and continues to be good.
