I want to extend warm appreciation for the service that Sam in the Wimbledon office gave me. He was nice, friendly and patient. He got car insurance for me quickly because I needed cover from the day of contact with A-Plan. He gave me clear explanations of the policy and add ons. Thank you Sam for your excellent service.

Was great to realise that we have insurance brokers back on the high street. Since the last one I went to closed I was forced to go either online or telephone a call centre. I find both of these stressful compared with talking to someone face to face.

We recently experienced a very unfortunate mix up regarding the renewal of our house insurance policy that we had had in place with A Plan for the past four years.
The details are too boring to go into but the important factor is that A Plan’s service recovery sprang into action to spare the day. Operating out of normal office hours they insured the job got done.
Real people to engage with who took action fast. Particular thanks goes to Chris Biggs of Farnham office.

With the massive increases in car insurance I was pleased with the result which I was able to renew my car insurance with A-Plan (Howden). I’m a returning customer and have always been able to negotiate a good renewal. However I did some searching myself on other sites and insurers, however A-Plan also did so and found a different recommended insurer. Pleased with A-Plans time to search the best alternatives on your behalf to renew you insurance. Nice staff to sit with (Eastleigh Branch) and discuss renewing your insurance policies.

I was with this company years ago and moved back to their branch in Bury St Edmunds some 5 years ago as there is, in my opinion, no better service. Amazing price when adding my 17 year old to our car's policy. There is no automated, "press this press that" nonsense... it's like the old days where you are answered quickly by a human. A big thankyou to Luca Vecchioni and the team.
