The quotes are ok but you don’t ring back when you say you will. You never seems to make the customer feel special although they have other policies with you.

I just wish that one person took ownership of the process and that you could ring them directly rather than going through the switchboard, selecting an option and then having to explain things each time to whoever answered the call.

Howden gave me a very reasonable quote compared with other insurers. Jon Hardy at the Parkstone office was very patient on the telephone and he answered all my questions clearly. (It was my first time buying boat insurance, so I had a lot of questions!)
