It took repeated calls & visits to get the policy sorted, then two weeks and several chasing calls to get evidence that the renewed policy was actually in place. The overall product and advice was good, but customer care needs to be worked on.

I’ve been with Howden (A-Plan) for as long as I can remember. They’ve always taken care of me and that’s why I’m still with them. Their staff are amazing and can’t do enough to help. A special thanks to Laurie for taking care of my policies this year, I think she deserves a raise.

I’ve been a client of A-Plan (now Howden) for 25+ years and never had to claim on anything. Then I had a pretty significant Car Accident and I realised why I’ve used A-Plan for all that time. Richard Williams was truly exceptional. Not only caring about me and whether I was ok, but his whole management of the insurer, claims process, advice on how the process would evolve and where best to take the car to ensure the right repair was everything I could have hoped for and more. I needed to change insurance from existing car to a new car which turned out not to be able to be done as a straight swop. The advisor, Collin, was very helpful and clear, going through the whole process of cancellation, advising on new policy, explaining all options of cover available and providing a detailed breakdown of the final cost all of which was much appreciated.
