I have used A plan for several years now and don't bother looking online for cheap quotes as you can end up in a mess when things go Pete TongI ! My renewal quote was less than previous years and they even phoned the insurance company with a query for me, before I accepted the quote, even reduced their administration fee and I collected documents a few days later.For me, good face to face service as I will not insure with faceless/ online companies, regardless of cheap quotes ! I'm very happy the provided service at this time !

During the last few days I have renewed both my home and car insurance through Howdens, Sutton Coldfield. In both instances I spoke with Cecile. I rate her performance as excellent. Cecile was very courteous and friendly and explained everything in detail without in any way rushing me. Her extensive knowledge of the products she was discussing with me demonstrated a high level of professionalism. Importantly I was very happy with the prices she was able to get me for both home and car insurance. The car insurance in particular was much lower than I was expecting (so very happy). Cecile is a great representative of her company and it was a pleasant experience dealing with her and Howdens.
