Having had a terrible experience with my last car insurers, which I arranged myself, online, I went to Howdens to arrange a new policy.
Nigel went over and above that which would normally be required and was informative and helpful, providing sound advice as to my options. I made a second visit and again the service I received from Amy was exemplary. She was thorough and explained the policy clearly.
At a time when customer service seems non existent Howdens have proved to me it does exist and I will absolutely use their service in the future.

My advisor was Nicole Hickman. I spoke with Nicole over the period of ten days because I was unsure of which vehicle to purchase. She was polite very professional and understanding. So far I have no complaints. Everyone I’ve spoken to has been very helpful. I needed urgent home insurance because my old insurance had stopped doing individual cover and I hadn’t read the letter. This appears to be the same deal as my last insurance company. Time will tell.

I have used A-plan now Howdens since going self-employed in 2018. I always like to deal with Liz Holt at the Tooting office as she has a friendly approach is kind and courteous with a thorough understanding of the insurance world and I always feel safe in her hands. I renewed my Van insurance last week and I always ask to speak with Liz as she is a real pleasure to deal with.

My second outstanding experience in using A-Plan/Howden to find a replacement for existing insurance.
