In reply to your rather silly prompt, parting with loads of money is never a great experience.
The transaction was businesslike - as one should expect - and I'm sure Shane Diamond did his best further to reduce the premium. If it had been lower still I would have awarded 5 stars.

I have been dealing with the Aylesbury branch for many years now and the customer service has been second to non. Today, Reece has been extrmeley helpful and it's refreshing to speak to someone who knows their job and is happy down the phone to. Great customer service, it goes a long way. Not sure I would use anyone else for Horsebox insurance now.

Helpful service to get my premium down. I saw a previous post about increase of cost and never making a claim. I feel the same and some changes need to be made for those who never ever make claims to protect us against those that claim for everything because they think they have a right. We have used A Plan or Howden Insurance as now known at the Hemel Hempstead branch for all our insurance needs for a number of years, even though we now live in Wiltshire.
