The young gentleman, who unfortunately I cannot remember his name, was really helpful. He went through our requirements and did a search and found insurance cover for both our cars, at a lot cheaper price than our renewal quotes. He was very curtious and achieved our expectations.

Howden Insurance are an exceptionally good company to go with for insurance. I'll tell you why.
We have had our home insurance with them for a good few years now. Back in 2017 there was theft of a wedding and engagement ring from our house.
Howdens sorted an insurance claim out and enabled replacements to be bought using an insurance claim.
Such positive results and the friendly staff make us determined to continue our insurance with Howdens.

I have been a client of Howdens (formerly Aplan) for many years.I have just renewed my motor vehicle insurance with Matt Clark,and he is really a delight to do business with!
Renewing one's car insurance is a pretty tedious exercise these days,as everyone knows,but Matt not only knows the business inside out,but has an excellent sense of humour,which is incredibly welcome for a client such as myself,who finds dealing with insurance issues tiring and mundane,so Matt manages to make the whole transaction less stressful.He will also talk slower,if you ask him to.

Emma Darkes took our original phone call regarding motor insurance. We made an appointment to see her and went to the Lichfield branch.
Emma was very welcoming and very professional. However Howdens were not able to match a quote we had already obtained , but we will speak to Emma for any insurance requirements in the future
