I have my House Insurance with Howden and have now to purchase Car Insurance. I originally dealt with Belle but today to finalise things dealt with Richard in Belle's absence. Both were absolutely fantastic. Extremely thorough/detailed (paused after communicating what they were able to do) did I fully understand and were there any questions.... Totally understood the process and very happy with the premium and above all the SERVICE I have received.

Very helpful and worked with renewal quotes to get prices down to match our online quotes. Prefer using Hoeden as if we need to claim easier to get in touch or if needed go into the office.

Excellent transformation of the office St.James Street TAUNTON exterior and Interior.Staff always very helpful and polite. In particular Imogen could probably be reading the BBC NEWS. However hope she doesn't leave.

After I damaged my car i was having difficult with getting the repair sorted out so I called Richard Williams at Howden who are y brokers.
He took over and in very little time the whole process was back on track. My car is back in my garage and is looking like new!!
