I have just recently renewed both my home and contents insurance with Howden's for the second year running and I have to say their service was outstanding. The private client insurance consultant who dealt with my renewal was extremely polite, knowledgeable and helpful and in this day and age personal service goes along way. I also have my commercial, business interruption with Howdens and am just about to switch my car insurance over to them for all the same above reasons together with their competitive prices. Indeed I have found both much more expensive and slightly cheaper insurance quotes for all my policies online but am more than happy to pay slightly more and stay with Howdens for both piece of mind and their fantastic personal service .

Having changed insurance companies over the years, I found A Plan, now Howden, and will not be changing again. The service from Sam Wadsworth was very informative and extremely helpful. He answered exactly what I asked first, then took time to explain any aspects I needed to know or should consider. The discussion was friendly and pleasant, whilst thoroughly professional and reassuring. Sam Wadsworth and Howden provided exactly what is needed to feel secure.
