From the moment I called to report my car stolen to the time the insurance company paid into my bank, I had the pleasure of dealing with Richard Williams. He took customer care to a new high level. I have never experienced such attention to detail, care for my welfare immediately upon reporting my car stolen (I was quite shaken), Richard made the whole experience seamless and relieved me of all stress and the tedium of all the details and paperwork necessary in the situation.
