this is not me ! i have used Howden , previously A line for years, completed reviews, always pleased with the service, but i did not have an Experience?,( a very strange word to use ) with them at all on 22/02/24!! But maybe i should have an experience with them , is it a new service??

I cannot understand why I'm paying an unknown 3rd party to collect money from my bank and pass it on to the insurers. I'm a pensioner, and every penny in my pocket counts. Surely the insurers can Direct Debit my bank without the need for an intermediary that is costing me money.

This company resolved the difficulty that I was experiencing getting satisfactory motor insurance. When I applied I was 80 years of age and had an outstanding speeding conviction on my licence. Dan @ Howdens Insurance in Northwich was fantastic. I have just set up a new business and wasn’t actually sure what I needed to insure, not only my mobile bar, but also myself. Dan talked me through every step and made recommendations based on his knowledge. With this sound advice, I have gone on to secure my first ever piece of business at a Festival. I was required to have both public liability insurance as well as employers. It was quick and easy and without this fast turn around, I would never have secured my position as a partner at the event.
