Amina was extremely helpful and knowledgable. Other insurers had completely refused to insure the vehicle; it is just a van with factory fitted alterations. Would recommend anyone to use them.

Alex Onslow-Major at Howdens Insurance in Maidenhead has dealt with the insurance for all my cars and houses. He is wonderful. If he is not available for any reason I am put through to one of his colleagues, all of whom are also very kind and efficient. I cannot receommend him and them more highly.

The process is quite straightforward and the staff always helpful. I usually can't be bothered shopping around for alternative quotes so rely on them for a good deal. Especially as a multi policy customer. Rising costs are becoming a bigger problem! So a good deal will be more important in future.

There were several issues with the car renewal this year but 2 members of the Evesham branch were particularly helpful. Alicia and Mike. I spoke with Alicia first, she explained the issues very politely and suggested Mike was the person I needed, he was very good and came up with the best solution and was very thorough in explaining everything.
