I Was attended by Rohit Mall, and I believe the manager in the Suttoncoldfield branch, mine was not a straight forward quote made more complicated by my leaving it till the last minute to get insurance, however Rohit and the manager went beyond the pail to give me advice and assistance, they where very patient and helpful, I would recommend this company to anyone who wants attentive personal and great advice,Thanks again for a gold star service,Steve Nicholls

I went to Howdens when I moved homes and had no insurance. When I entered their offices I could hear the team busy giving advice over the phone to customers and potential customers. I was shown to an available agent called Bradley who took all my details and specifications of what I needed and did a thorough search to find the correct insurance company. When I agreed with the cover and quotation, Bradley actually advised me to go and think about it but I was happy with the insurance cover and agreed to go ahead there and then. Bradley gave me all the policy documents before I left.
