Both advisors I spoke to were very helpful and professional.
When I actually received the policy from a different Insurance company this time as they had offered a better deal than the previous one had, I realised that one of the named drivers on my previous policy had not been included on the new one.
Whether that was an admin error or something else I am not sure.

Obtained a basic quote for my car insurance and then negotiated with a panel of specialist underwriters to maintain the level of cover but reduced the premium payable by £210. Obtained cover for a second car at the same level as the previous year with no increase in the premium. An excellent result at a time when car insurance premiums are rising steeply.
