Very helpful and the quote for our house / contents insurance was obtained efficiently. A few hours later, we decided to accept the quote which was significantly lower than the renewal quote received from our previous employer insurer. Only issue was there was no answer on the phone when I rang to finalise the matter, but everything was resolved on the second time I rang so nothing really to complain about to date. However, the real test will come should I need to contact them during the year.

Now have three cars insured via Howdens. Have always found them friendly and easy to deal with. They seem to have access to several specialist insurers for those with more specialised/performance cars.
Like the fact of actually talking to a person to discuss cover rather than electronic one size fits all templates and then AI chat bots for further contact etc. the personal touch is far better.
All in all very happy with the service.
