Very personable staff (more than one involved). The person dealing with me knew that it was a slightly non-mainstream in surance issue and took the trouble to find the best solution. Most satisfactory visit and I will certainly return when I have new needs. I had used this branch of Howdens previously and had the same excellent experience then.

Dealing with Howden Insurance takes the hassle out of getting and comparing various insurance quotes. I like the fact that someone from my local office is easily accessible for support or advice if needed either by phone or face to face. Leo Sarbutts took a lot of trouble to understand my requirements and gave me some really good options not offered by online companies. The price he negotiated was very competitive. I am sold on using a broker. Most of all I know that I have the exact cover I require and I am secure should the worst happen. Their claims service is also a great selling point. Overall very reassuring.
