Howden has proven time and time again to be a good Insurance Company. I have had my car and home insurance with them for many years. Steve Terry and Catherine Smith have always been just a phone call away for helping me with all my problems. Highly recommend.

Your staff member was most helpful when I rang them to renew my Classic car insurance policy today. He explained my renewal cover in great detail with clarity and was very professional at all times. The renewal premium was very competitive and at the end of the conversation I felt Howden was a company thst cared.

The member of staff who I dealt with, ( Marina) was a very affable and pleasant individual who displayed a very professional approach to the proceedings in a very friendly manner.

Very helpful staff when I went into the office. Found me a good deal with my house insurance quickly and easily. And when I rang for further information I got through to the same person easily and quickly. And were happy to give me a few days to think about it so I felt no pressure, which was great.

We have insured through Holden insurance Welwyn Garden City for several years but have shopped around each year. We always return to Howden as we always are supplied with the correct cover for our needs. We are normally dealt with by Laurie Arkle who always goes the extra mile to help us to identify the correct policies.
