Stay marred by car racing around nearby car park and back firing throughout the night. Also fighting men in corridor outside room, very scary.

I've been staying at this hotel and using the conference facilities for Business since 2022 and never had a bad stay. All the staff are super friendly but Amanda, Maria and Lorraine deserve a shout out!

I've used the room multiple times for meetings, Amanda is always a superb host, makes us feel welcome sets the room up and is great company every time I arrive.

Room was smallish and linen/pillows not the best quality but clean and tidy. Good quality towels. Housekeeping spot on throughout stay thank you Tilly. Reception service was perfect for every interaction don't remember all names but Joseph who checked me in was just the friendly Face I needed after a long drive. Breakfast service was good although would be nice to have vegetarian sausages available without asking as didn't always have time to wait. Gym small but had everything needed I just wish it was open earlier.

We arrived late after a long drive. Were welcomed by jawad in the restaurant and enjoyed a first class meal and beer!

Every single member of staff was so friendly, it really made me feel welcome. The same lady checked me in & out (Laura) & she remembered my name. Such professionalism & kindness by everyone.

Great stay, right in the city but easy to get out to our place of work.

Stayed here over the weekend. Loved it! What makes this hotel stand out is the staff. We had a fantastic weekend stay and couldn’t fault a thing. The hotel was lovely, comfortable and welcoming from start to finish. A special thank you to Fekri, Ron and Tess who were exceptionally helpful and made our stay extra special.. Breakfast was fab too. We’ll definitely be back

I had not stayed at a Holiday Inn for about 15 years after a mediocre/poor experience at one in Central London so I approached my recent stay at Preston with some anxiety. After having had 6 nights at Preston however, my anxiety was totally misplaced in that virtually everything was excellent. What stood out however were the staff - without fail, from checking in to leaving, they went out of their way to make the guest experience a superb one. Whoever is responsible for hiring at Holiday Inn Preston, clearly knows what they are doing and the staff were a true credit to HI.

As a regular visitor of Preston I find the location a perfect hub. The staff are always friendly and helpful. It is the small touches like remembering my drink order (Dyan in particular!) that just makes you feel comfortable

Refurbishment really nicely. Great service. Only downside is parking but they do make it clear, and there is a very large bus stop car park with ample spaces a stones throw away

The staff were very friendly. Recognised the simple details, sent a birthday cake to my room. I am a nurse and I am used to taking care of everyone but I was taken care of for a change. I will definitely be going back. The hospitality was amazing from Ritesh at reception to Karyn, Danielle and the rest of the team

This is probably the best Holiday Inn I've ever stayed in. Location great, room superb and the staff were fantastic. Everyone was friendly and helpful, in particular Bhup who signed me in and Dyan behind the bar, who was an absolute star, but everyone was lovely. Thank you very much!

Good hotel located centrally in Preston. Car park is free but small compared to the number of rooms, on a first arrival basis. Need to enter registration on panel near reception.
Rooms were good and modern. Showers were over the bath type (on 4th Floor).
Our shower head positioner was not securing on the rail at the required height. Reported to reception but was not repaired.

Nice place. Very quiet for evening meal. Good breakfast. Stayed here many times with my daughter Xmas shopping. Good standard staff nice

Lovely clean hotel, with the most friendly staff I have ever met, from check in through to dinner and at checkout. Kamila, Dylan and Jawa’s, could not be more helpful. Some noise from the gym but this stopped promptly on closing.
