Pleasant hotel, very few parking spaces on site, depending on the volume of vehicles it is not even enough for to stop and unload the luggage. Rooms are good. The hotel bar is only moderately equipped, the bartender could not offer us local beer.

Angenehmes Hotel, nur sehr wenige Parkplätze vor Ort, je nach Fahrzeugaufkommen reicht es nicht einmal für um Anzuhalten und das Gepäck auszuladen. Zimmer sind gut. Die Hotelbar ist nur mässig ausgestattet, der Barkeeper konnte uns kein lokales Bier anbieten.

Nice hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Had all the essentials. Location is fairly central so it was good for us but does mean you get a bit of city noise. Also, the parking is quite limited, we had to park at the bus stop multi story over the road and pay for it then quickly move the car when a space opened up the following day.

Really great stay only topped by the incredible service from dyan in the restaurant , her customer service and skills for remembering orders had us amazed , she is a real star and asset for the hotel

Stayed 1 night room was fantastic spotless spacious. Dyan who was working the bar is a credit to the hotel.

Stayed after a train delay and was very impressed. Excellent value for money. The rooms were clean and very comfortable; there was a little road noise, but that’s to be expected being next to the Ringway. I ate in the restaurant and the food was lovely. Dyan, Jawad, and a lovely young lady who was in training were so helpful, and the service was outstanding.

I always choose this hotel when working in Preston as ideal location for my work and also walking into town.
Ambience in the bar is perfect for solo travellers like me, couples and also work groups.

Stayed here whilst travelling for work and the staff were superb. I had a friendly welcome message on the mirror from Monika wishing me a good stay and was served by Dyan who was really nice, helpful and friendly.

Stayed here with my son for the football for one night. The hotel has everything you could want for a short stay. We ate in the restaurant on arrival and the food was fine, not gourmet but it filled the gap. The room itself was modern and comfortable. The bed was comfy and had a choice of hard and soft pillows. The bathroom had the dreaded shower in the bath which is a pet hate of mine but the pressure and temperature were good. Breakfast the following morning was buffet style and there was plenty of choice. Cooked breakfast, cereals, pastries and plenty more and all you could eat. Very tasty. All in all a pleasant stay and I would highly recommend it

Stayed for 4 nights during the week. Main road runs round the side of the hotel so some traffic noise. But location is super, easy to get to with bus station next door and train station a 15 minute walk. Decent on site parking. Right next door to the town centre 5 minutes takes you to all the shopping centres and eating houses.
The hotel has a relaxed atmosphere, clean tidy and staff go overboard to make you feel welcome.
The bar and restaurant and chill out area are perfect for that personal touch.
Breakfast was good but need to get your timing right for the food to be warm and plentyfull.
The evening dining had Dyan looking after us. So on ball shes unbelieveable, nearly too good. Suggests everything you need before you think about it. So 10 for service. The menu mets most needs and was always freshly cooked. Only downside was frozen chunky chips with my fish not great. But only complaint after 4 days breakfast and dinners.

I have stayed a few times at this particular holiday inn. Tonight has been the best. Dyan working in the restaurant is absolutely superb and a credit to the hotel. Nothing is too much trouble. She is kind, attentive and just a lovely lovely lady. Dyan thankyou for making my stay so wonderful. I very much hope to see you again.

Staff overall performance perfect, exceptional great ladies at Reception in particular the Mexican and Russian ladies friendly loyal dedicated and helpfully top top, then all staff at breakfast deserve my happy thoughts and respect ✊ Lorraine is the funniest sweetest lady ever to be seen at early morning starts. Thanks all for great time again and it should not be unnoticed that the cleaning staff gets a 12 points out of ten for a marvellous job. Greets Marcus van Moorsel

Good customer service experience at the restaurant. There was a waitress by name Dyan. She was very good and has a very big smile. Room was good as compared to other places I visited. Restaurant food was superb and compared to non. Facilities was fine and it happens to be the last hotel I lodged before I got home. Overall was a very good experience which added a touch to my holiday.

Stayed here for a couple of nights for work meetings and picked it as it was close to the work venue. The check in was welcoming, informative and professionally friendly. The room was clean and comfortable, if a little warm! Pillows were not great but ok but the staff in the bar and restaurant!!! Oh my goodness! I don’t remember ever having such genuinely friendly helpful staff who really made our stay a very happy one. Thank you so very much for making our stay such a wonderful experience especially Dyan, Fekri & Jawad. You are outstanding ambassadors for your company and are clearly worth your weight in gold! Been staying here 2 nights a week for the last 5 months and don’t think I’ve had a bad room yet ! Always very clean and a comfortable nights sleep . Good WiFi is a bonus.
