Lovely friendly welcome after a long journey. Amazing looking Hotel, very spacious and clean. Room excellent and clean. Clean modern bathroom. Evening meal basic, but excellent. Breakfast perfect, inc full English with runny eggs. Couldn’t have asked for more. Hope I get to visit again 👌🏻

Stayed here with my family recently and honestly had such a lovely experience. We were all really impressed from the moment we checked in, as the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble.
The hotel itself was really clean, comfortable, and had a nice relaxed atmosphere. Our rooms were spotless and the beds were super comfy, which is always the main thing for me when staying somewhere. Everything felt well looked after and it made the whole stay really easy and enjoyable.
Breakfast was also great with loads of choice, and it was nice that everyone in my family could find something they liked. The location was really convenient too.
What stood out most was how welcoming everyone was. Sometimes hotel stays can feel a bit impersonal, but the team at the Holiday Inn Preston made it feel warm and relaxed the whole time.
Would definitely stay here again and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Preston!

We have just back from a lovely night away. All of the staff members were friendly and welcoming. Good food. Lovely gesture from Sarah housekeeper on 3rd floor. My niece loved her cute duck called Julie, very kind gesture. Made us both smile. We got to meet Sarah to thank her for her kindness.

I've stayed at holiday inn preston a number of times and my.opinion remains the same it is a fantastic venue for both business and pleasure . The rooms are always clean and have everything you could need during your stay. The staff are all.freindly and welcoming nothing is ever too much trouble, Amanda who works food a d beverage aswell.as conference rooms is always on hand and keeps everything running smoothly . The breakfast facility has everything you could want to start your day lots of choice! There is on site parking however if full.there is ample parking directly opposite hotel at the muti storey car park joined to the bus station . I would recommend a stay at holiday inn

Fantastic experience for my first stay at a Holiday Inn. Here for business and will definitely be back, nice clean modern rooms, nice little gym, fantastic food served at breakfast and dinner with plenty of choices and overall the staff have been fantastic. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming especially Lorraine at breakfast who was a pleasure to see every morning!

We recently booked a conference room at Holiday Inn Preston Ringway, for a business event, including food and drinks for our attendees, and the service we received was excellent from start to finish.
A special thank you to Amanda who went above and beyond to accommodate several last-minute changes to our booking. Nothing was too much trouble, and everything was handled professionally, efficiently, and with a positive attitude, which took a huge amount of stress away from us.
The conference facilities were great, the food and refreshments were well presented and enjoyed by everyone, and the overall experience ran smoothly because of the support and organisation provided.
We would highly recommend Holiday Inn for business meetings and events and look forward to booking with them again in the future.

The location isn't great for this hotel and parking is a bit of a nightmare not enough spots for rooms....but he staff are amazing so welcoming , Amanda, Sean, Lorraine Maria on the desk is incredible Sam on a afternoon, James at Breakfast, Tess too, they are all great and a absolute credit to you they have made our stay so much more better wishing us look as we leave ❤️

The hotel is a great place to eat and stay the food is top quality. Service is excellent particularly from Dyan and Jess who were very professional and very easy to get on with well done 👍 very nice people, as with all the staff and management would highly recommend this hotel and would most definitely come back again.

Nice place to stay while you are in Preston walking distance from city centre staff are good and accommodating you but depends on their mood and like and dislike twin beds are good but very small if you get room on road view then night could be uneasy little noisey as windows got old glazed which are unable to stop traffic noise but overall this place is good for stay
