I really enjoyed staying, the staff were friendly and not seemly afraid to have a conversation. As it was my first time staying in Preston and for only two days, it really helped when staff share local knowledge to help me find what they are looking for faster.

We stayed at the Hoilday In , Preston. Very good and positive experience. The room we stayed in and hotel was very clean. The staff very helpful and polite. Special shout out to Yasmin who was working on reception, very professional and courteous in her approach, she is a asset to your organisation.

Un Hôtel assez impersonnel sans grand intérêt particulier. Le personnel ne fera pas d effort particulier pour se faire comprendre si vous n êtes pas a l aise en Anglais. Le repas était bon, sans plus et le service un peu long...

A really nice hotel, with good sized rooms and an even better bar and restaurant area. Breakfast was good and the area for taking work meetings was nice, if a little loud with a TV in the back ground. Checking and out was painless and they let me store a bag at the desk, very helpfully. Definitely looking to stay here again.

This hotel was our coach trip stopover and it couldn't have been better. The staff were warm and welcoming, the room lovely and clean with a good view and the beds comfortable. The evening meal was very good and the breakfast amazing. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

This central Preston hotel is adjacent to the bus station and a 3 minute walk to the town centre.
Amazingly friendly and helpful staff, who made my partner and I feel very welcome. Each member of staff I encountered were excellent ambassadors for the company.
The rooms are modern and spotlessly clean, the beds are very comfortable too.
Breakfast was fantastic however the evening meal was very disappointing due to a inedible soup starter.

Always very friendly employees. Stay in the rooms from 1-4 floor, above too much noise from the wind coming in through the window.

A nice and reasonably priced hotel with very positive, friendly and helpful staff.

My room was clean and ready on arrival. The room decor is pretty basic but absolutely fine - could see some obvious repair work had been done in the bathroom after water damage to the door for instance, but really all in good shape - just don't expect a high gloss finish...

Stayed for one night, a good hotel right in the centre of preston a short walk into the main shopping areas and nightlife.
The hotel is comfortable and quiet when I stayed on a Saturday night. I would stay again

This hotel is always great. You cannot fault the friendliness of all the staff. Bed comfy, breakfast great. I am reluctant to mention this as it isn't the hotel's fault but got very little sleep with people slamming doors on the corridor. This went on all night. Then, at 7am the cleaner got their trolley out and woke us up. We didn't sleep after that. I was surprised that cleaning starts so early, especially on a weekend. Lack of sleep spolit the whole experience.

Stayed here overnight on the way to Scotland. Plenty parking spaces. Very warm welcome, had help with luggage. Room was clean and beds comfortable. Shower over bath, would have preferred walk in shower. Not a problem though. Breakfast was excellent. Good food, plenty of choice and help yourself. Would recommend this.
