We've stayed here several times and have more nights booked, as it's next door to Preston bus station where we pick up our coach to go on cruises.
The staff are brilliant every time we've stayed and this visit was no different. Sam on reception was very welcoming, friendly and helpful and when we asked for a quiet room at the back of the hotel was happy to oblige. Jess in the bar was equally as friendly, welcoming and helpful and both staff members are a real credit to the company. The bedroom was very clean, quiet and nice and cool and we had a comfy night's sleep.
Highly recommend this hotel but it's the staff who make the experience.

Came for a meeting and was looked after by Amanda. She is always helpful and supports us with anything we need. She always ensures that we have enough refreshments, any dietary needs are catered for. Look forward to our meeting.

We use the function rooms regularly, Amanda is always helpful and accommodating. Nothing is ever too much trouble. The venue is always clean and tidy and refreshments are always fresh and plentiful.

Great hotel with fantastic staff, Mathew from maintenance was amazing.. after explaining my car window got smashed on the way up he went out of his way to provide me with a temporary fix - what a guy!!

I have had the pleasure of both staying at and using the conference room for a week and I can not fault any part of the service provided , the staff are all welcoming and friendly and are happy to accommodate any request . AMANDA in particular is easy going and helpful always ensuring everything is set up correctly ready for day , nothing was ever a bother or a problem, I would highly recommend using this holiday inn as not only a fantastic base but for any corporate training / meeting space needed thankyou all for your fantastic service

We were down in Preston on an ancestry trip .
Booked a nights stay at the hotel, the bedrooms were very clean , food was very good , so was the service especially from the bar and waiting staff Dyan who was very professional and very welcoming and a pleasure to talk to .

Surprisingly nice hotel. On the outside it looks like a 1970s monstrosity but inside it is clean and modern. Staff are friendly.
Public areas bar and breakfast was clean and tidy and the typical holiday inn breakfast was good. Rooms were clean and tidy, bed was comfortable and the bathroom was neat and tidy. If I was in Preston again I would definitely stay at this hotel again.
Only slight negative is the carpark is small so you have to be lucky to get a parking space although there is a large public car park next to the hotel.

My mum and I stayed for 1 night as we were going on a coach trip with Alfa from Preston bus station so it was more convenient to stay the night here as it is next to the bus station pick up point than a taxi in rush hour.
The hotel is beautiful and clean and the room was fantastic.
The main strength of this hotel is the staff and the customer service that they provide is second to none.
Each and every member is so friendly and welcoming but a special mention goes to Ash who is a shining star 🌟

Great location, 10min walk to town centre. Stayed here for 2-3 months due to work commitments, rooms were always nicely prepared and clean.
Very knowledgeable, supportive and friendly staff, always felt welcome.

very nice hotel with good food clean comfortable rooms and attentive staff. My quible would be the pillows need replacing, very uncomfortable which of course impacts on a good nights sleep.

Stayed at this hotel as my wife was attending a course. First class check-in by Sam and Ritesh. Overall the service at the hotel was excellent. Also, a wonderful breakfast. The restaurant areas were ultra clean. Shout out to Mary. Would certainly return if I was in Preston. .

Excellent staff at the bar and restaurant, Dyan was such a lovely person and such pleasant conversation while ordering. Suggested some nice starters which were excellently prepared by Suman in the kitchen. This week's special menu made to perfection by the chef!
