Stayed for one night for work and got a good rest,

Great hotel. Fantastic location. Rooms were spacious and very clean. Was a great base for getting the coach to our cruise! Recommend if you’re visiting the coach station! Breakfast was also delicious

My original room wasn't great, an interconnecting room and the person next door was really loud! Thankfully the team were great and moved me quickly to a much better room.

Came to Preston to visit my Grandson who's at uni here, bus station minutes from hotel, hotel very clean with friendly staff a good bar area and a good dinner menu. The self service breakfast was vast and nice too. See you again Holiday Inn 🙂

I've stayed for several weeks due to a work course nearby. My stay has been great. A few niggles with the different rooms, particularly during the hot weather and when in a room next to the gym but all issues solved speedily by the fantastic staff. The staff have made this 12 week slog much easier.

The hotel is a bit out of the way from town centre .Came by train no taxi at rank.if the hotel could recommend a taxi number on reservation it it would help in this situation.

We use this hotel every time we visit Preston , as always everything was good , staff are very helpful . My only comment would be that the rooms were very hot and the air-conditioning didn't work at first . We informed reception and the Aircon was switched on for a while but went off again when we returned to the room later which made for a very uncomfortable nights sleep .
