Excellent service I went there to complain about some pans I purchased quite a few years ago , that have a lifetime guarantee they sorted the problem out and a few days later, I have two new pans I recommend them for satisfaction.

A super shop, a bit like an Aladdins cave. Everything from a wooden or silicone spoon to food processor, mug to coffee maker. Plus expert knowledge on hand, I wouldn't shop elsewhere.

A thoroughly efficient, flexible, welcoming, friendly and well priced shop. Its stock is "Just what is wanted" ..... very obliging staff, always willing to order stock if necessary and Lichfield just CANNOT be without it. I do recommends friends to visit, especially as prices are extremely competitive!!

needed some advice for a gift and was not sure what I needed, staff were very helpful and knowledgeable and very honest. could not give me what I was chasing and suggested alternatives one of which I treated myself to. In this day and age, it is rare to find honesty in business even if it means you may not buy anything from them. Because of this level of integrity, this place will always be my first port of call. Well done and much appreciated.
