On 26th September 2026, I lost my wonderful partner, and it was one of the most heartbreaking and difficult times of my life.
From the moment I contacted J Howell & Daughters, I was met with an incredible amount of empathy, kindness, compassion and support. They guided me through every step of the process with such care and understanding, from the initial arrangements right through to the day of the funeral and beyond.
Nothing was ever too much trouble, and their professionalism, patience and genuine compassion made an incredibly difficult time a little easier to bear. I always felt listened to, supported and reassured, and I cannot thank them enough for the care and dignity they showed both my partner and me.
At a time when I felt heartbroken and overwhelmed, they went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled with the utmost respect and sensitivity.
