So kind when we brought a wild baby rat in that had been poisoned late one evening 😢 the nurse was great and she was put to sleep peacefully to end her suffering, free of charge.

My dog ate chewing gum from an unattended packet! Due to the chemicals she was taken in on a bank holiday Monday. Staff were excellent and very informative explaining what and why it was so serious.
I have to be honest and say the costs are astronomical but thankfully she's insured. Ian (the vet) was very experienced and explained everything. Thank you all

I’ve been using pool house for a good many years even for equine. Recently I had to take one of my cats Sammy but unfortunately he had to be put to sleep due to a large mass. Now Tommy has had to be treated . He is around .20 years old and Sophie was so gentle and loving towards him. He is now doing fine thanks to Sophie treating him.

My rabbit was refusing food. I rang for an emergency appointment and was at the hospital being seen within 30 minutes. The costs were explained to me as was his treatment and what I would need to do. He was examined thoroughly and treated gently throughout. I always feel that my pets are important and trust Pool House vets with their health

All the staff at pool house Vets have been fantastic with our Lovely Rescue Lurcher X Red, We've had him 18mths now. He got bit on his hind leg a week ago and Theve been brilliant with him. Thank you so much for all the hard work you all do. Xxx

Pool house vets have been looking after my dog since 2014, I have nothing but good things to say. Yearly check ups are reasonably priced and well organised and PHV nursed Jamie the poodle back to health after a brief illness in Jan 2020. A great vets which I'd highly recommend.

Only been once, there was great service, the staff were second to none. I used the out of hour's service and they saw our cat straight away.

I have been very impressed with the service I have received for Lola who had a nasty Pyometra in December. Alex, Jenny and Ian looked after Lola exceptionally well along with the nurses at the practice.
She has recently returned for post op bloods and results were reported by Alex within 16 hours of having been taken. I am very grateful to all at Pool House for all their impeccable care and attention. Thank you.

Excellent service , Claude my precious pooch loves visiting the practice in Mere Green and due to his health issues , can you believe , runs into the hospital in Lichfield also !! His vet Molly fully understands him and also my anxieties surrounding his health and instills total confidence in me . Wouldn’t trust anyone else with him . Amy one of the nurses in Mere Green is amazing and always looks after us , it’s a pleasure to visit !
