Our dog Molly was taken seriously ill over the bank holiday weekend.
The team got her seen the same evening and she was given the best care imaginable. Without these guys sadly we would have lost our beloved pooch. Thanks to pool house she’s now as good as new!
We can not thank them enough, every experience we have had with them has been amazing.
We honestly can’t recommend them enough, it’s reassuring to know that there are still good people in the world.

Great experience at Pool House today for our Pugs annual vaccinations. After previously using Pool House for an out of hours hospital, we have been trying to register here for a while but due to the pandemic this wasn’t possible. Now we are registered and couldn’t be happier. We saw Laurence today and he was brilliant with our girls. The appointment was also bang on time so no waiting around! Can’t fault them. Our experience is worlds away from that of our previous vets.

The best vets ever they really do care for all animals. They spend the time too understand your concerns and go the extra to help. But please remember this is on a working farm and as such, SLOW DOWN! The driveway is small and busy.

We’ve been bringing both our cats here since we got them a year and a half ago. Can’t fault the staff or service provided every time we’ve visited!
Our cat Leo had to go in for surgery recently and ended up spending 3 nights here. They saw him as an emergency which we were so grateful for as he was clearly in a lot of pain. Alex and Olivia were great at explaining what was wrong with Leo and the options available to us. The staff were also really helpful in updating us and letting us know how he was doing which really put our minds at rest! Sounds like he was treated like an absolute prince during his stay so thank you so much for taking care of him! The reception/admin staff were also really friendly and helpful.
Leo is now recovering well and hopefully no more visits any time soon!!

First and foremost the staff were excellent, really friendly and chatty. The inside was clean and tidy and the examination room was too. The only downside is that if your trying to find the building on the small country road it's on, the entrance on the one side is completely hidden by hedge rows. Just a bit pricey tho, however it matches the quality given. Overall a really good experience.

We had to take my sisters dog for an unplanned emergency visit. Greeted lovely and the vet was very thorough, friendly and explained everything really well and my sisters dog was so good as she had such a great way with him.

Although not local to us it was definitely worth the trip. The friendly and informative staff reassured us about our dogs condition.its also very clean and spacious. I would definitely recommend it.

We have always used pool house for out cats. But wedsday our ellie had to go in as a emergency out of hours after being hit by a car. Staff were brilliant on the phone and in the vets keeping calm and making me at ease that they will do whatever is best for her and that she was in the right place at the right time. Shes now recovering with just a broken leg :) so thankful for everything they've done for her and they were fab ringing me and giving me updated throughout the couple of days she was there

Found a cat in the road at 6 am. Pool House was the only vets open so I went there. They were excellent, attentive and very kind. I hope the cat is OK.

My older dog wasn’t well at all; k9 dementia and was swelling up and in severe pain. They were outstanding, the reception were fantastic. The vet even better. I went there as an emergency. And it’s a 5 star from me. Caring and considerate. The nurse was amazing for the triage.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The vet was lovely towards my dog. I have a Great Dane who isn't to keen on going, but the vet was friendly to her and kept talking to her and she seemed more relaxed than usual. Very clean and doesn't smell like a vets hospital.
